		<description>&lt;p&gt;Re-wrote parts of two sections: Introduction and Usage, finally acknowledging the existence of Mac OS X and Windows XP (amongst other changes).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Also added a link to Mike Muuss&#039;s article on his creation of the Ping application and expanded the final paragraph to 1) better present the relationship between round-trip times and connection quality and 2) note the increasing use of DSL and Cable connectivity.&lt;/p&gt;
